The Gallo Center is evaluated annually by a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) consisting of international leaders in biomedical research. All are members of the National Academy of Sciences. The SAB is responsible for assessing the progress of the research in relation to the overall goals of the Center, making recommendations for future research directions, and providing a comprehensive review of the activities of the Center to the President of the Board of Directors.
